Your Heart session- ($575 - 30 images) - Retainer

Getting to photograph families is one of the best things and I can't wait to photograph yours, so let's do this thing! I'll send you styling tips, things to remember when preparing for your session and lots of other helpful information to make this process smooth. Let me help you along the way with prepping you for the session. Don't worry, I got you!

My style is about embracing the imperfect, the chaos, the pure happiness and genuine connection between you and your loved ones. The majority of the session will be focused on emotion and movement, it's all about you interacting with each other. This means lots of snuggles, kisses, holding hands, touching hair and faces, just loving on each other. There will activities to get you playing, laughing, tickling, and having lots fun as well. There will be times when I let your family hang out alone allowing me to capture authentic moments. Even if it doesn't seem like much is happening, trust the process and know I will create a beautiful and authentic session. I will also get a posed one of everyone looking at the camera, just know you can expect to not look at the camera the majority of the time.

Styling your session is super important, from your clothes down to your shoes. I recommend you have one person in a pattern and then build your colors off of them choosing a couple neutrals. Jewel tones in the fall look gorgeous with the colorful foliage. Layers also help to add depth to the photos. Hats, scarfs, sweaters, suspenders, jackets and jewelry will all add a completed look to your images. Mixing a chunky sweater or textured tights in with your outfits is another way to add that extra wow factor. Last but not least, SHOES! They seem like a small thing but they really do add a lot. Also keep in mind clothing options for cold or warm days. You never know what mother nature will throw at us!

We all know the weather in Nebraska can be unpredictable to say the least, so please be sure to be flexible with your session dates. Reschedules will be on Tuesday and Sunday as needed. Keep in mind it might be a different time due to sunset.

Total cost for the session is $575. Retainer of $100 is due to reserve your spot. The remainder will be due at the session.
